Yeah I'll bite. 

 

If Ramsey was English he'd be regarded as one of the best British players of his generation. He'd be a mainstay of the England starting line up and their main source of creativity for the last decade.

 

He's a victim of Arsenal's tepid top four mediocrity really but the vast majority doubting him do so on the back of reputation more than actually watching the guy. 

 

There's a very real chance he'll go to Juve and thrive, there's a strong feeling in Turin that he's going because he offers them something different in midfield and they don't consider themselves to be signing overpriced back up at all. 

 

The guy is absolute class and if he wasn't hampered by injuries he'd have already left Arsenal to win silverware years ago.

It's crazy on the face of it but given its a free transfer with probably reasonably modest signing on fees and agent fees compared to a Ronaldo or Pogba it's probably not as mad as it seems. 

 

I mean if you split Pogba's transfer fee out over the duration his contract you're probably looking at like an extra half million a week or something no? 

 

Ramsey clearly wouldn't be getting anywhere near 400k if Juve had had to pay even a modest £20m or something for him.
