Sterling played well apart from the finishing, Alli is the one for me that needs changing.  He is undoubtedly a talented player but he has not been at it at all this World Cup.  I know when you are winning it must be so difficult for a manager to change players but I think it separates the good managers from the great in terms of making big decisions. X
