st albans fox Posted 3 August 2018 Posted 3 August 2018 Jahanbaksh’s agent said we tried to get him in so this guy may well be a low budget stop gap to play in that right midfield/ wing role cutting in if he doesnt work out then he won’t be on a huge salary and won’t have cost a lot.

He's not going to be starting over Gray or Albrighton from the start but I think there's a chance he could become an exciting player for us. I'd like us to either Hazard/Promes/Januzai (in that order of preference) and let Diabate go out to the Championship on loan.

Optimistically, we do then having a chat cost us nothing. We then sign Promes and Hazard and end the season in qualifying for the Champions League. Sure that's going tooooo far, but just saying...

What we can do though is sign some players with more ability than other outgoing players to bring the overall quality of the squad up. This bloke isn’t as good as Ahmed Musa. He’s not even as good as Jeff Schlupp. The only saving grace is he isn’t gonna cost much so its less to right off next transfer window. Absolute dogshit. 2
