I must admit, I don't remember this brick thing at all. Did I pay up?

No! You still owe me £1 + interest of 500% / annum  ;)

If I was to guess it would be a 6000 seater arena (to be used on match days as a complex to serve food and drink and show games) house other sports and concerts, with a Wembley way type feature down to the new curved roof two tier stand.

With water front all being redeveloped, to have retail, hotel, communal areas.

If i was to guess.

Arena based where?!

Well my guess was that it was on the land opposite the stand being developed. With a mini Wembley way type path linking the two stadiums.

The curved roof wasn't just your standard curved roof in my guess. It curved in ways  that you wouldn't imagine.

There were also corporate boxes between the two tiers of the stand.

In my guess.

Seen some on a non football forum guess about 8000 for the arean.40,000 capacity and a 7 storey hotel.

Suppose there guess is as good as yours. ?
