Useful first game. It’s County, but we look sharp, fit and keen to keep the blooming ball. Like the pressing game and energy. All you could wish from the first game.

There's been some really promising stuff in this match. Maddison looked good and some of our 'disappeared' players have put in decent performances so far.

just saying but in the pre-season before we won the league, we went 1-0 down in our first friendly early on and came back to win convincingly...
