easilee Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 Shlt results but when you have such a young, relatively inexperienced squad it takes 2/3 years to mature as a unit. Hard in these times because of the short tolerance levels of fans. A few of our first team players need to go. Ndidi, Mendy, Morgan, Nacho. They've had long enough.
Tuna Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 We need some quality experienced players at the end of the season.
Jaspa Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 Baby out, bath water. Calm down lads, the manager only came in this week with one of those days a match day. Suffered from the same issues as Puel did, toothless apart from a rare spark, relatively safe and solid. Lets see how it develops, nothing moan about apart from giving that last minute goal away
Foxboy Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 Just now, ParkerPen said: Dont agree with ndidi being on that list I'm with you on that. Playing with Tielemans he looks a lot better on the ball and still breaks up play a lot.
foxes21 Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 Honestly our youth are a bit overrated aren’t they. We talk about them like they’re the new class of 92 but in reality it’s just not the case unfortunately.

urban.spaceman Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 Ndidi has been reinvigorated playing next Tielemans.
Guest Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 It's not the young guys who are the problem. It's the old guys - Morgan, Kasper and to some extent "the ghost".

I've been concentrating on other players lately and maybe not paying Ndidi enough. All I know is he really caught the eye early in his LCFC career with his long, stretched out pokes to poach the ball. Doesn't catch my eye with those things lately. Hopefully it will be rectified soon. Saying that...do you not think we can get someone in who is much better than Ndidi ?
Jonezy Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 It would be really nice, if they actually learned from their mistakes.

I didn’t see that tbh, he was good at breaking up play but offered little on the ball and I just don’t think he has the range of passing and vision required at this level yet to be a starter.
KingsX Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 "Birthing pains" ... leading to the usual FT reaction to the gaffer and half the players ,,,
TMELcfc Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 I’d say the more experienced ones cost us today, Wes and Kasper
Guest Manini Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 I wouldn’t mind but it isn’t the young lads making the mistakes half the time, it’s the ****ing, so called seasoned pro’s who don’t know their arse from their elbow. Wes Morgan is probably the most infuriating football I’ve ever had the displeasure of watching, when he’s played, for the last 18 months and Kasper is just a weapon, it winds me up no end how they have this tendency to be so shit.
lgfualol Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 The players they look up to for guidance are ****ing shit - that is more of a problem in my eyes.
Mr Mister Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 We just need better quality, more intelligent players.
splinterdream Posted 3 March 2019 Posted 3 March 2019 I'd like to see us play a game without N'didi, maybe replaced by Hamza

Yep the irony is that it’s not the young players making mistakes. Morgan, Kasper, Evans and Maguire all been culpable numerous times this season. That’s just how it goes sometimes. This season is now about experimentation and working out who comes and goes in the summer.

When an experienced head like Kasper can’t even get distribution right it’s so frustrating. Can’t blame anyone but himself today.
