How good can Ricardo be?

I'd stake a case for Amartey to be at right back in a 4-3-3 scenario with Ricardo on the right wing. The man is electric and only getting better.

Why would we want to go from an attacking fullback to a defensive one.

Just sign a winger and leave Ricardo at RB.

I am the last to ..go on a negative trail.Plus I really rate Ricardo..but just to have it said...!!

His passing has been too inconsistent, and has actually cost us goals...If Gray/Chilwell or any other player would have been mis-firing,

They would be crucified on this forum....

His dynamic has won us over, like young Barnes,we love intent, then forget it with Chilwell...because some individuals love agendas...!!

Some were baying for Ricardos head in his first games...!!!....

We  some go too far OTT with their match analyse,or cherry picking mistakes...!!

Fans of a club who have seen the rise of Vardy, the PL title and the scamps, have poor understanding how young many of our players are.

or recognise like Ricardo,or Maddison are in their 1st PL season...

Seems nothing but contradictory these last few lines, but it's how this, & maybe other forums.tick on. OTT  praise or crucifiction depending who one favours...!

Now I am going to throw a curve-ball, Ricardo could well be ,in the top 3 for POS,

but at the moment my vote would go to the old man WES...it's just a great

individual Leicester city story...

His control of the ball is incredible, he often just floats past players with ball seemingly glued to his foot.

I hope we have our eyeballs out looking for replacements. That's how good. You never know when PSG and Barcelona might call.

The first game I saw him in was at Watford and my attention was immediately captured.  I'm a moron who dosen't know anything compared to a professional scout. Maybe its time for a pay raise.

all i can think of, is how sad it is mahrez left. imagine, just for a minute the partnership they would have. if only he had arrived a season earlier, would have been immense.

Might have had a bit of a problem defensively though down our right, but might have been great to watch,

He's my favourite player in our current team. His control, passing, dribbling ability and decision making are all exemplary. Yes, he gets caught out occasionally defensively but what a player. He must be the most exciting defender that has ever played for us.

Man is absolutely fantastic.

POS for me any many others…. His feet in the final few mins when he slipped it past two players was awesome and what a run and cross for the goal

handy at the back too…

Top 3 RBs in the league. Walker, Bellerin., Pereira.

An unfortunate consequence of having such a cracking young team is that the Big teams will want to snaffle our best talent. Ricardo is one of, if not THE best of the youngsters. Quite an amazing player.

Christ, don’t be putting Amartey anywhere near this team!

Ricardo is a brilliant attacking full back, why on earth would you want to change this around to accommodate Dan Amartey!

The mind boggles on here it really does..

Id rather we bought a really good right winger and just keep Amartey as back up to Ricardo rather than move Ricardo forward and buy a new right back. Having said that, if Spurs are wanting rid of Trippier and the price is right, then having Trippier and Ricardo down the right flank could be devastating. I know Trippier hasn't had his best season but hes not turned into a bad player overnight.

I have absolutely no idea why Man Utd, desperately needing a ready made right back for now, sent scouts to see Porto and decided to sign Dalot instead of Ricardo.

Rather we went for someone abroad with potential rather than trippier who will be expecting to go straight into the side and upset the team balance

I agree with your other points, but it's a bit mean to call him a Piece of Sh*t :(
