EastAnglianFox Posted 27 April 2019 Posted 27 April 2019 He needs to sort his head out pretty quickly when playing in the UK, looked an absolute shambles at times. Well played Gary Wilson, a couple of nervy shots but absolutely solid match play snooker......probably get tonked next round

StanSP Posted 27 April 2019 Posted 27 April 2019 Anyone watching this Trump/Ding match? Mistakes all over the shop from both players; can only presume tiredness is a factor but some of the misses are really bad, as is the inability to capitalise from the opponent...
leicsmac Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 Both Trump and Ding must think that if they can get through this one despite the error-strewn play they're going to be favourites for the whole thing.
Nalis Posted 28 April 2019 Author Posted 28 April 2019 Glad Selby's out, seems like a decent bloke but cant stand his style of play whereby he hits any tough shots with the mindset of 'get the cueball safe first, if the object ball goes in its a bonus'. Having said that, he ditched that style to an extent yesterday and paid the price.

Vulpecula Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 Anyone but Judd Trump for me. Can't stand the bloke. Kind of irrational considering I've never met him / he's done me no harm but still.
Innovindil Posted 30 April 2019 Posted 30 April 2019 You know the snookers crap when the highlight of entertainment is the commentators talking about a players socks.
Nalis Posted 30 April 2019 Author Posted 30 April 2019 Hoping for a Gary Wilson tournament win, or Judd Trump.
kingfox Posted 30 April 2019 Posted 30 April 2019 Back from my yearly Crucible trip. Thank fvck I could see both tables from where I was sitting, Robertson vs Higgins was a boring drag. Judd looked in fine form but then again Maguire is a headcase.
ren Posted 4 May 2019 Posted 4 May 2019 Absolute belter of a shot, considering he was poor yesterday as well.
kingfox Posted 4 May 2019 Posted 4 May 2019 Decider time for Higgins & Gilbert. This has been a great watch this afternoon.

The Bear Posted 4 May 2019 Posted 4 May 2019 Unlucky Dave Gilbert, great effort. Tamworth is only just up the road from me. He used to come and practice in the club I play for as well.
kingfox Posted 4 May 2019 Posted 4 May 2019 Poor Dave, he didn't do much wrong today A Crucible classic though, today's session especially was fantastic.
