It’s the first game where he looked really off it. Even Newcastle away in the cup he burst past defenders a couple of times, but looked really slow yesterday against a couple of lumps who you’d think were slow.

I’m not sure he can be a fox in the box as he has missed so many sitters recently - completely unlike him in his pomp. He’ll be 37 next season leading the line!

Sadly I think he is a shadow of the Vardy we used to admire. He is missing chances he would have easily converted two years ago. Maybe off field distractions and his interest in USA football are becoming an issue.

I think it's interesting that it's been announced Vardy I'd going to miss several weeks yet it's hardly been discussed.

There was a time when an announcement like this would send total meltdown in foxestalk.

I still Love the bloke and he WILL still be missed

I’ve got a feeling that when the team is back playing good football, we will see the return of the GOAT with his new shooting boots on. Class is permanent.

So is age:ph34r:

Yeh maybe when vards returns and the team are playing confidence again we might see some good moments but time waits for no one. Vardy is pretty average now and football moves on it’s a young persons game

Am sure he'll have contacts at the club who'll support him/give him ideas when he retires.

The court case outcome and the recent house incident also would have affected him.

Him and Crouchy on a podcast would be ace tbf

The AI generated imagery (some of it) is funny some really weird but please can we just create a separate thread for it rather than it proliferate in every thread?

Thank you

Salah only 6 behind now. Will catch him unfortunately

Can see Salah leaving Liverpool at the end of the season and maybe going to Spain or Bayern. He’s 30 and Liverpool need a bit of a refresh. If Vardy can get a couple this season, he might just stay ahead. But it doesn’t look like he’ll get the 150 now.

I think Son is the next active player to try and catch him, and he’s way behind.

If Vardy plays in the team now with the attacking intent we are showing he scores goals, no 2 ways about it.

Iheanacho fits the system though. An aging Vardy doesn’t.

So like Broady, Vardy again is too old…

I mean if Vardy‘s critics/ discreditors keep posting like the last 5yrs,they are bound to get it right sometime..

Vardy as gone through a rough time…Is he finished with the challenge,or does he have that Vardy power,to kick on again, this & more importantly next season.

I believe he has…
