It's been nice seeing him dunk on Spurs again. That's about it - the rest has been hard to watch.

Love you Jamie. It's time to go.

I’m very torn on this as he could be instrumental in helping to get us promotion. We simply can’t afford to continue to pay him his current wages!

He wasn't electrifying, lightening, record breaking last season.

Wish he'd gone before now so he isn't associated with this disgusting team and would definitely have more goals if it weren't for the fact the manager and entire squad behind him is absolutely abject dogshit

His wages are a huge issue and feels like his influence at the club has become a bit of a problem. I don't think we can fully reset until he's moved on.

However, would love to see him bang in a few in in the Champo next season.

What can he do in this system. 50 yards away from nearest blue shirt! Still good for 15-20 in a good attacking side. Feel sorry for him.

I mean, a couple of times last night the ball went into him and he just lost it as in either an mis control or a bad ball.

Agree there is nobody near him though.

His legacy is being tainted by this bunch of w@nkers.

But he will still be remembered  for the great times and our number 1.

Pity its ending like this, he should have retired on a high last season and we could given him the sending off he deserves.

Instead it will be horrible to see his lap of honour in a toxic half empty stadium of he calls it a day at the end of this season

That stuns me honestly. It feels like he doesn't want it to end on a sour note but definitely in hindsight should have bowed out with Sharky last season.

Keep him. He's the only player anyone can relate to when it comes to the best era we've ever had as a club.

We're in the shit financially anyway lol

I hope he doesn't go to another PL club. It'll be weird as fvck seeing him in another team's colours.

If this is his last season he fully deserves the love he will get. I want him to get a great reception. He deserves it. He has been an epic signing. The pace, aggression, tormenting the opposition and the goals. Very rare. The rest don't deserve anything for this season. As sad as it is to say it, we cannot give him a comparable contract. If he wants to stay then his contract cost has to reduce considerably. I don't want his star to fade any further. He really doesn't deserve this season.

Yes, first touch let him down a couple of times unusually but if you’re playing 352 or 343 where’s his partner/s? What was Daka doing ? Where was he supposed to be?

I wouldn't begrudge him joining another PL team next year and trying to push himself higher on the all-time scorers list.

He's earned the right to do whatever he wants now.

Time for him to go and for us to finally find some sort of capable replacement.

Can't see how he gets another top flight gig in England. Sadly he is miles off it.

All good things come to an end.

Michael Gray commentating on talksport last night was saying Vardy was going mad as they walked at half time. Did anyone see or hear anything

Someone said as much on here.

Van Nistelrooy came out post-match and said dragging him at HT was tactical.

I bet some words were exchanged.

The thing with Vardy and I hate to say it but you put his is this current Forest team and he wouldn't be far off Woods total and it wouldn't surprise me if he would have scored more.

He has to play in a counter attacking team.

“Wants to continue at the top level”. Yeah and I wanna have a night with 3 instagram models but you’ve got to be realistic. Vardy has no business being in a Premier League squad at this point.

Yes he is 38 and his career is in the final stages but he has scored 27 goals last season and this, he is probably still one of our most effective players, if used correctly and not ran into the ground like he has this season.

Enzo managed him superbly last season and he was superb, this season and 10 goal

involvements out of 25 this season again demonstrates he still has it. I have no issue with another 12 months if on the right terms and we manage him correctly.

It would be extremely on brand for us to do this. After all it's one less thing for those 'running' the club to go. Another corner cut.

It's absolutely ludicrous that they've forced us to a point where we're having to criticise him. Sums up how inept they are.

Still take him in the Championship tbh under a new manager.

Thinking he was proving himself still capable under Cooper with a good goal return until the whole team went to pot under RVN.

On a sensible contract, where he starts maybe 20% of the games I would. What it really means though is just another iteration of this nonsense we've seen this season.

If have expected him if anyone to be angry on the pitch with what’s going on. Disappointing he’s been as meek as the rest

He’s been very frustrated at times. Wouldn’t call him meek.

If we want to progress time to bed a good young striker in the Champ it will be 2 years since he played in the champ and probably still want £60-80k as long as it’s not Daka. If it’s a case of Daka starting then might as well keep Vardy
