IIRC there was a League Cup game away at Hull during Vardy's streak where he came on as sub and didn't score, so it's purely a Premier League record.

Oh I know that. What I'm saying is if you have three months off go play a world cup, a few pre season games etc it kinda takes something away from the record.

not really thinking about it in terms of finishing positions. Too early for that. Just watching the game and hoping Aguero doesn't score.
