Anything lined up?

 

Anyone know if we're going on tour anywhere like Slovenia or Austria like previous seasons?

 

Wonder who the 'glamour friendly' will be against as well...

I've never approved (or attended) a glamour friendly.

 

We are the glamour team!  

 

Paying Wolfsburg or Getafe or Sporting Gijon for the honour of hosting them isn't good for the brand.

 

Let teams pay us to go.outclass them,.as we did Lille last season

Fenebache (arranged as an apology for sending them Slimani)

Home “marquee” friendly against a big name European team, probably Napoli.

There was a behind the scenes friendly at the training ground last summer. Doubt it would happen again now that Uncle Nige isn’t there anymore

But cool! Really? And why do the club's want/need bringing together. I very much doubt they have the same affection for our owners as we do.

 

Maybe I'm not down with modern football but I don't get it, I didn't really give 2 shits when nige was there and I certainly don't really see the KP brand as something we need in football. Its akin to the shit Manchester City's owners, red bull and that lot that own Watford are doing.

 

We are Leicester City and still will be when and if KP move on. 

 

Now sort some decent friendlies. Betis or Valencia away please.

 

Sorry rant over and I've donned my tin hat and probably won't be back on the forum for a few days lol

Believe me there fans have the same feelings for Vichai and Top as we do.

 

I was lucky enough to go over to Leuven and meet the guys who came over here, who we are still in contact with. Now excuse my ignorance in the KP Brand or what ever you want to call it but the Leuven lads have shown a great interest in our club and some or our fans have to theirs. 

 

If they're taking an interest in Leicester City I can get in board with that, as well as them getting on board with us showing an interest in Leuven. It's a lovely place too... oh and the beer is cheap ;)

 

Edit: this is not "pelters" either :D

I really hope we get a glamour friendly against the Mighty Celtic Reserves.  We could play for a Trophy in the form of a ‘Bell-end’ and presented by Chris Sutton.

Don't be silly, they're far too big to come and play us! We're more likely to attract a smaller club like Bayern, Barcelona or Juventus than the Celtic Reserves!
