Perhaps a reluctance to go ahead with so much uncertainty regarding King Power prospects and COVID restrictions on match attendances.

Uncertainty over the virus will have definitely prolonged things even more IMO. When there’s no guarantee even 50% of stadiums can be filled there’s no chance we will commit to a rebuild.
