Tbf the winner of the second semi final was always going to win the world cup. 

 

Champions of the Northern Hemisphere vs the Champions of the Southern Hemisphere was always basically the final. 

 

It was close, just three points in it and it could really have gone either way in the last five minutes but South Africa edged it narrowly fair enough. 

 

Always meant this game was a formality really even with SA getting a day less rest as a handicap.

I didnt like the reffing at times, but we were overpowered and SA deserved it.

It's only an opinion and easy to say what a mistake now but wonder if South Africa had this words stuck on their dressing room door:

They were just too good physically and showed 2 moments of class in the 2nd half .
