David Amoyal (DiMarzio staff writer) goes on to explain in his tweets that obviously they'd rather sell Rugani and it would probably take €40m for them to consider selling Demiral.

 

Dortmund have just sold 5th choice CB Weigl and have Hummels, Akanji, Zagadou and Balerdi, so I'm not sure where he fits in there. I get the feeling it could (could) be an agent or Juventus ploy to get us to up our offer and get the deal done?

 

Di Marzio were right all the way on Praet and were also the first to break Benkovic signing from Zagreb. They're also very close to Juve.

Another source indicating an offer has been made, so sounds like serious interest. Says we made a 35m euro offer, Dortmund 40m euro. Perhaps we are paying it all up front, hence a smaller fee. Apparently this is is a Turkish source that is quite reputable.

 

Unfortunately I have a feeling that someone else will get him given the clubs we are competing with, but perhaps Soyuncu can put in a good word!
