Dewsbury Hall and luke Thomas have a good claim.

Amartey has been better than Thomas he's carried us through games.

Loved how he was constantly guiding, supporting and praising Choudhury when he came on.

Just a fvcking workhorse.

Let's be honest, he isn't the most gifted of players and he knows that, but I'd rather have 11 players giving 100% than a guy who half heartedly can produce 1 moment of magic.

He's the ultimate pro.

Kevin is an absolute legend! He loves a European cup run too!!!

No coincidence that our form has improved dramatically with his leadership on the pitch, he gives advice and supports in a calm and freindly manner, and leads by example.

He defends well and gets the ball moving quickly, puts us on the front foot quickly. Low him!

The Merc gave him a 7/10 tonight lol

The Mercury lost all credibility in around 1999.

Their website is horrendous.

What was that paper they got out about an hour after a Saturday match? Orangy colour? That was good. But since then...

Absolute legendary status - no doubt.

Even as a 'bit part' player sometimes, he's made more appearances for us than the likes of Lineker, Lynex, Worthington & Lennon.

And if he plays regularly next season, he might also surpass legends such as Elliott, Weller & Muzzy.

His mindset is absolutely bulletproof. He grafts like ****, trains hard, is consummate professional and by all accounts is the nicest bloke in the squad.

Players like him set the standard, even if he’s not playing that often.

The contracts we've given out in the last couple of weeks are superb, but keeping players like Sharky around the squad are key.

Imagine 10 years time...Kasper as manager with Vardy and Albrighton as assistants.

KDH as captain, Luke Thomas vice captain.

All to take the pressure off Fofana, the best centre back in the world

The Buff. Was great back in the day to pick a copy up to look at all the scores and tables after the match  Long before the internet and social media of course.

Was The Sports Mercury in the 90s.

We’ve spent a lot of time effort and money to replace him over several years and several managers but tonight he popped up with a goal and an assist in a European cup game for the foxes  - he’s like the terminator, he’s relentless, all effort and energy and just won’t die! Absolute legend if ever there was one.

I think it was still the Sports Mercury back in the 70's but was nicknamed "The Buff" because of its colour back then.
