I was trying to work it out earlier and I think if we win on Monday it will be confirmed as West Ham have to play Watford and Aston Villa and obviously all can't collect maximum points. Not entirely sure, though.

I’d be pretty bloody horrified if we got relegated from the Premier league with 50+ points. It was bad enough to go down from the Championship with 52!
