I think it's a 20% of the profit clause. If we sell for £60m, then we'd be giving St Etienne around £5m of the £25m profit. Around £20m for us.

It works out at at about £31.5m + £21m but there are add ons for Fofana

I wasn’t. I included the add-ons but it’s all conjecture until it hits the accounts. Also, if we are paying in instalments we could well get a better exchange rate further down the line as it is at a bit of a low just now.
