Wellens has been appointed manager of Salford.

 

I like Wellens, and he's done incredible at Swindon, didn't really want him to go Salford but I guess it is closer to his home and better resources.

Bit of a distance for Pearson but I think it's a good job for him in terms of rebuild. It's whether time is there though. Again, Sunderland seem to be one of those who want immediate success.

Think their squad in good enough to get out of League 1 but they need someone to instill some belief in them

 

They seem to lead, get nervous and then concede late to draw. Seems to happen about 10 times in the past few seasons. Even if you turn half of those into win then you've got promotion.
