Season Ticket email comes through and then I see this. That faint light at the end of the tunnel was a bloody big train!

When does this end?

I’m not an accountant, but how this affect or PSR position?

Looking at some of the detail, we seem to have access to some kind of contingency of about £10m to help with cash flow and if required a further £116m if that runs out - what does that mean?

One thing in this topic I do find peculiar… I look back at my original opening post in 2020 and ponder… how has that still only got 10 likes given what’s transpired since😂 !

This is horrific and make no mistake given we are now staring down the barrel of league one, with a squad who’s value is diminishing by the hour, this is a whole lot worse than the first year we were relegated as at least then we had a number of high value saleable assets.

No doubt there will be some on here trying to paint a positive picture and outlook but the reality is we are going to hell in a handcart.

What a shock the announcements of the new appointments were done in advance of the accounts being released because how any of these can retain their roles let alone get a promotion is beyond comprehension.

Lines of credit from Top &. KP because they are probably pushing up against their covenants with their third party lenders.

Probably had to get these in place so the auditors didn’t write any nasty words in the going concern review.

Are you being serious?

It’s very very believable

Yep!

I asked for them to name me a club that loses as much money as we do that is staring down back to back relegations and of course have heard nothing back

So losses of £180m for 3 year period ending 25

not sure what that means for PSR, given we’ve already been punished for period ending 24 and it includes 1 year in the PL.

isn’t EFL allowable losses £40m with some sort of upward adjustment for each PL year?

Permitted losses have to be factored in no?

I also noticed that players sales, in the summer did appear in this years account - will be included in next years account!

It really is the Mick McCarthy bit. Everytime you think it can't get worse, it does.
