In the October 2019 game TAA stamped on Youri's shin and VAR looked at it but gave nothing. Mane dived to win a last minute penalty. In the same game Hamza fouled Salah.

 

Klopp focussed on that instead, whining about it to the media for days, which led to racist death threats towards Hamza from Liverpool fans. They even targeted his son.

I mean Ricardo's injury was through a disgusting tackle but he was allowed to play on - as he was when he did his ACL, as have other players who've picked up injuries.

 

This isn't just bad luck.

It is on Ricardo's part, the injury may have flared up later in the match. Playing on I doubt would make a significant difference.

 

It's just horrendous misfortune and nobody on our side is accountable.

Sometimes players will lie because they just want to play. Sometimes they can't feel the true extent of the pain they are in because of the adrenaline of playing a game of football. The decision process should not have been left to a simple 'yes' from Ricardo.

You don't. But given his injury history it might be best to err on the side of caution and take the decision out of his hands.

Exactly this. The management of injuries at the club at the moment is Sunday League level. 
 

Also how many Hamstring injuries have we had since Rodgers came in? Something isn’t right.

Different leg to the ACL one, so no reason for them to believe it was a recurrence or anything like that

From the NHS - You have sustained a fracture to your outside ankle bone (fibula). This takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks to heal, although pain and swelling can continue for three to six months.

Usually quicker with elite sportsmen, better bone turnover and such.

Rubbish he's suffered another serious injury. 

Of course not it's Liverpool they only like it when it is the other way round. It was a disgusting tackle and there should be retrospective action against both he player and the referee who should not be allowed to ref again this season for missing such a blatant red card.

If Brendan Rodgers had a set (he doesn’t), he would be in the media next two days, highlighting that tackle, the decision not to send him off, and highlight the nature of the player. Just as Klopp does regularly against us, and to get decisions. Sadly, Brendan allows himself to be bullied. That’s why we won’t ever go any further as a football club with him at the helm.
