What's he supposed to do with a squad like that though? 

 

I very much doubt, Norwich will pay off another manager, pay compensation to another club for their manager (possibly) when they are doomed anyway.

We have the same defenders since 2/3 seasons ago which says it all but but endless midfielders or strikers
