Aus Fox Posted 23 January 2022 Posted 23 January 2022 It’s hard to judge the bottom of the table at the moment with Brentford having played six games more than Burnley. But I think Norwich and Newcastle’s wins have opened things up a bit. I think all of the bottom 7 are capable of falling apart and going down. Newcastle have made a couple of decent signings in Wood and Tripier. Norwich are looking a lot better under Smith and you have to think Dyche will grind out a few more points at Burnley. Watford look worse every time I see them, and look gone, but are only 9 points behind Brentford with 3 games in hand, it looks like King Claudio needs to go and they need to bring in a survival specialist. I think it’s going to get really interesting at the bottom.

Nice outside of the foot finish by Moutinho, and the quick touch and strike for Neves goal was great too. And I love goals like Toney's, just caught the volley perfectly. 2

Correct - it’s perspective look at the grass line to the left of cavani and you can see how the penalty area line isn’t parallel with that - without the software that the VAR uses to get the line at 90 degrees to the edge of the pitch, you can’t accurately draw the lines yourself 1

Wymsey Posted 23 January 2022 Posted 23 January 2022 Am quite surprised that Ranieri hasn't been sacked yet already.

You can draw the lines accurately yourself, though. All parallel lines converge to a vanishing point. You can work out where the vanishing point is by extending the parallel lines you know are there to the point where they meet, and then by drawing straight lines from that vanishing point to the players, you can see whether someone's offside. Aus Fox Posted 23 January 2022 Posted 23 January 2022 In some good news today, Burnley’s point at Arsenal means Derby hold their record as the worst ever Premier League team for another season. 1

I reckon it's either Big Sam and Rafa for the job.

Be an Italian or Spanish manager who fancies a bash at the premier league 1
RowlattsFox Posted 23 January 2022 Posted 23 January 2022 In slow motion that looks a bad and unnecessary tackle by Doherty. Doesn't even get a foul or a yellow 1
Arkie Bennett Posted 23 January 2022 Posted 23 January 2022 Kane pushed him out of the way! Why do the commentators make excuses for him? 1
pSinatra Posted 23 January 2022 Posted 23 January 2022 It's only what Kane would have done if it was the other way round
RowlattsFox Posted 23 January 2022 Posted 23 January 2022 Not a lot in it but they'd be screaming penalty if it was other way around. 1
Bert Posted 23 January 2022 Posted 23 January 2022 Lovely goal indeed. Not surprised to see Kane has gone back to shit after his performance against us.
