What that’s a shame. I saw him on the lcfc twitter posts etc and just assumed it was his birthday, didn’t realise he had retired. Good player and another phenomenal Pearson signing.

What a legend! What a free transfer to pull off and the last gift that Pearson gave us.

Yeah another fantastic Pearson signing. Great character

He was just an incredibly accomplished defender. Intelligent and athletic. Great pass. But his biggest asset was that nebulous quality that fans were endeared to him.

Loved the bones of the bloke.

He was very well rounded as a defender. Could attack and defend and pass at an above average rate. Imagine if he came here in his physical prime. I reckon he's one of our best players ever but also our underrated players... Was always extremely solid almost always. Every match of his he played with a smile and 100%. A great character. We'd die for someone with his charming nature and carisma but also with his leadership skills :(

One of my all time favourite players and a great character too. Good luck in retirement, would love to see him back down at Filbert Way In some capacity one day. Thanks for the memories Fuchs
