Yes, it's probably important they cave in to racism.

Just let the players decide, if they are happy to do it I really don’t see the issue.

Its a shame those that boo make the rest of us, as a collective look like racist twats but it’s on them. If they want to expose themselves.

It obviously hasn’t run its course if idiots are still booing!

For me it has. You’re always going to get the odd twat here and there that thinks they’re above it all and they know better. It should’ve never got to the stage where players are having to take a knee to stand up against discriminationn.

Chelsea fans seemed to applaud it midweek against us.

Heard the boos on the TV loud today and at Wembley. How has it gone down at other grounds? Pretty dispiriting to hear our fanbase react in this way.

I don’t understand? How has it run it’s course when people are booing? Idiots still think it’s linked to the Marxist BLM movement when it’s not. If they stop now it makes a joke out of the whole message.

The only other time I've noticed booing was during one of the play off games. I believe it was Brentford Bournemouth. Both set's of players stood and the referee kneeled and got booed.

Few boos near me. It was the same last week. They need singling out and sending back to whatever year they think it is.

Unfortunately people with bias views won’t change them. But more needs to be done to punish those who decide it’s acceptable. This won’t happen on a football pitch, the PL and FA can take things into their own hands, football clubs can identify offenders and ban them for life.

The only thing left to be addressed is how is low incidents level discrimination and racism get dealt with? Do we need to look at new legislation? We have hate crime legislation but it only applies to certain offences.... do we need to push for something else, particularly when it comes to social media?

Racism will probably always exist unfortunately, some people will just have these views, the way we handle these people needs to be better, the fact so many people take to social media to be racist just shows the message ain’t getting across. Perhaps it’s time we reviewed the legislation and write up something more impactful. We’re quite good at dealing with significant incidences of hate crimes, but legislation doesn’t always defend the ‘lower levels’ of hate crime, malicious communication etc. This is what needs to be looked at, and potentially changed/improved.

The booing is disgusting. I will always be against any form of discrimination but I truly believe that this taking the knee has run its course.

There are plenty of other ways to battle discrimination, the booing isn’t going to stop any time soon.

So Dont Stop taking the knee...!!!

The booing is shameful.

Time for them to stop talking about kicking it out and kick these ****ing idiots out and ban them.

Can't imagine what the black players thought, hearing that.

How miserable has your life got to be to boo such a gesture.

It genuinely blows my mind. How can anyone boo a gesture that’s message is against racism.

Was sickening those idiot fans booing our players take a stand against racism. Especially when we have black players playing for us!

Not 'especially when we have black players playing for us'. It's not one iota worse because we have black players playing for us. We're not against racism because 'we've got some black players' we're against racism because it's wrong.
