Good performance so far, defended well not allowed them a sniff and had our chances. Decent 45 for your opening game at a major tournament. Need to get foden on the ball more though

Sterling has to come off at half time surely, so much attacking talent on the bench and we have the one who is woefully out of form starting and playing like a player out of form. Can’t remember the last time I saw him have a good game.

Walker also rubbish, if only we had a decent right back somewhere.

I actually thought the performance is good… not allowed croatia to play and certainly started on the front foot. But then with the heat and it being the opening game I don’t know what people expect
