I remember when Bale first joined spurs they couldn’t win a game and he was very average

Didn't we try to sign him on loan when we were in the Championship?

Nah fvck that, Liverpool are insufferable but Real Madrid are the most boke inducing sports team of all time.

Lesser of two evils means Liverpool for me.

He'll probably score now but Grealish is Man City's white elephant. He's not crap but its £100m on a player so obviously in the bracket below Silva, Mahrez, De Bruyne, even Foden who has years on him - in a position where they couldn't really justify the outlay.

Just a weird transfer.

£50 million a calf is a good deal for me.

Honestly, Madrid win the final, Everton go down and Forest bottle the playoffs and it's been a fun year regardless of what happens to us. :crylaugh:

I get that Madrid are a horrible club, but at least we don't have to deal with them and the media kiss-arsing them every minute of every day. It's the same reason I had to hold my nose and root for the leg-breakers yesterday. Sick to death of this Quadruple talk, of hearing that the Toffees are too big to go down, that Forest deserve to be "back where they belong".

I don't read Spanish media, so Madrid aren't my problem. Schadenfreude towards the annoying clubs directly around us is what keeps me going when I don't want to think about my own team's struggles. :fishing:

How many times can McManaman say 'it's fine' within seconds? Trying to break his own record.

IT'S FINE!

It was their United transfer.

They don't do it often, most of their transfers are strictly on footballing merit.

But they clearly wanted a fan favourite, English player for hype, marketing and image.

Why are they taking Benzema off. I know he's about eighty, but he still got something left in the tank

Not me, sorry.

They've won it about 13 times and it's boring.

Personally, I'd rather an English team won it.

Casemiro not booked for to cynical tackles from behind, no booking.

Stirling first tackle similar to casemiro booked.

Wasn’t even a foul, one of the better tackles in the game

It depends on whether the quadruple is on. I can't have Liverpool getting that I'm afraid. And I really don't like Real.
