That selection says that Rodgers was happy with the performance the other night.....0 unenforced changes.

Or he wasn't happy and wants them to get it right.

If Rodgers doesn't feel Soumare would be best in a game against a physical midfield like West Ham.....

And he doesn't feel Soumare would be best in a game against a weak and possession based midfield like Norwich.....

Who on earth does he plan to play him against?

So the defensive cover would come from Soumare coming on and Ndidi being moved back.

I'm absolutely amazed that more heads haven't rolled. It seems BR really doesn't fancy Nacho does he?

If we’re not 3-0 up in 60 mins I worry for the mental health of some of our members…

So the reward for failure, is more PL game time?

What about KDH who did everything he could last season to get a shot at returning and playing for us?

Iheanacho top scorer last season....Hasn't started a game 3 games into a season.

Soumare + Daka, who exactly does Rodgers plan to play them against?

We started last season with Ndidi at centre back and won the first two, surely it would have been better than continuing with something that doesn’t work.

Why the hell would he play Thomas ahead of Castagne?

Because Castagne hasn't had many impressive performances on the left for us and Thomas and Barnes link up well (last week aside)

I think KDH or Iheanacho should have come in for Maddison but maybe just maybe is the day Maddison turns up.

An absolute nightmare that Thomas is playing again. It's an immediate psychological boost to the opponents. He just isn't at this sort of level yet. Wtf has happened to castagne?

No kel, who opposition teams hate playing

We are weak af right now. So far off a top.10 team. I know some of the personnel are unavoidable  but we've

Thomas, a raw championship level full back

Amartey and Albrighton/Perez lower level PL.

That's 25% of the team that's relegation level. Which is fair enough but frustrating when international level Soumare, Castagne, Kel and Praet are sat doing sweet fanny adams

I dunno, did you decide you just couldn't take Stringer anymore?

People need to relax, these early games are all about building team cohesion in a competitve match setting. We will be fine.

We got this

I don’t see the point in spending that money in the summer if, after a performance like that against west Ham it isn’t used.

very frustrating

But very very good vs Man City and solid vs Wolves. He's the least of our problems right now.

Crazy to question Thomas's performances when we've got Maddison + Soyuncu performing like they're.
