Seems to be doing the business for Wolves when they play him, could be a future star with Liverpool also interested in him

Not sure why we would want another striker unless we are planning on selling Iheanacho.

Tarkowski.....Saint-Maximann, Lamptey, Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips please

I still have no idea why nobody was linked with Kalvin Phillips after the Euros. He was always best to stay at Leeds this year but not one concrete link.

Additionally, wouldn't mind Martial on loan with an option to buy.

Can we have Antony from Ajax? I have been watching him a lot, and I think he's exactly what we need. Fast, two-footed, right-winger. A great player to replace Ayoze. Most importantly, he have the creativity that we are lacking in the team ever since Mahrez left. Sadly, he's been linked to Liverpool. I don't know if our management will be looking at him at all.

I'd go and try and nab Jesse Lingard. Especially with Tielemans off.

Pedro Goncalves

This would be class, but seems to always be linked with Liverpool. Also we'd need pretty deep pockets

....Wolves had him on their books, can you believe it!!!

As a Right Winger he seems better as a striker. Very much like to come central, can finish and create.

  Champions league

Played 3     goals 4    assists 3

League

Played 9     goals 4   assists 2

He has the ability to generate pace on the ball with little backlift or effort. Beckham also generated an amount of pace off his boots but needed back lift to do so. His dead ball skills leant a lot to the pace and the ability to impart spin on the ball at the same time.

Read somewhere he has a 60 odd million release clause though sadly

All of our existing players fit and available would be more than enough for me.

This would be an ideal scenario and, if it transpired, we'd probably be capable of challenging for places 4-6 without any new signings.

If I was being greedy I'd still like a right sided midfielder of genuine quality. It's the only obvious gap when everyone is fit - although that never happens

Is there a shopping opportunity with Porto and Sporting in FFP trouble?

Hopefully for Gonçalves, although high chance someone would be willing to pay his release clause so don't think they'd sell cheap

Leicester City official in Lisbon transfer planning – Second trip in recent months

http://sportwitness.co.uk/leicester-city-official-lisbon-transfer-planning-second-trip-recent-months/

Leicester City were one of several Premier League sides to send scouts to watch Benfica’s clash with Sporting on Friday night.

That’s according to A Bola, who say the Foxes had someone in attendance to run their eye over the top of the table clash.

There’s no mention of who Brendan Rodgers side were there to watch in the game, which ended in a 3-1 win for Sporting, but the standout performer was midfielder Matheus Nunes, who bagged a goal and an assist in all around excellent performance.

All three of Sporting’s forwards, Paulinho, Pote and Paulo Sarabia, were also in fine form, as was midfielder Manuel Ugarte and defender Pedro Porro.

It was Nunes who stole the show, although he is yet to be linked to Leicester as far as we’re aware. Interestingly, the one Sporting player they have been linked with is Joao Palhinha, but he missed this game.

On the Benfica side of things, Everton put in a solid display, and so did Joao Mario, but it’s hard to see Leicester being interested in either of them.

This is the second time we’ve seen reports of Leicester being at a Benfica game, though, as they were known to have watched the clash with Spartak Moscow back in August.

It seems likely they’ve got their eye on someone in the Benfica squad then, and the obvious choice would be Darwin Nunez, although he had a rotten time of things in this game.

Either way, they’re definitely scouting someone, and if they weren’t, perhaps Nunes will have earned their attention after this game.
