Just embarrassing.

The kids doing it I can sort of understand as you're stupid when you're young and you want to look hard and impress your divvie mates.

But when you're a grown man? Jesus. Sort your life out.

Prancing back and forth with your arms out, throwing plastic bottles.

Tits.

I managed to stab myself in the face with the flag before kickoff - I’m writing to the club to give me a lifetime ban. Disgusting behaviour. I hope I learn from the incident and never do it again.

I dont think you should hold yourself responsible...maybe you just made a mistake, im sure there are mitigating circumstances, surely just apologise to yourself and move on?

Thats not my point. It's not chains and bats is it. They're hardly going to make everyone take their belts off before going in are they.

No idiots from our side just Leicester fans defending themselves from Napoli "ultras" who took their belts off and tried to get over the barriers into the family stand.

Funny how napoli have had issues with every single English club they have played in the last 10 years. Yet Leicester fans who have not had any issues in any game for years and years are the idiots.

Righto.

Jumping over the covered seats trying to fight hundreds of Napoli fans whatever started it is not big or clever or right. Just idiots the lot of them on both sides.

And that's just a quick search v English teams in Europe imagine what these animals are doing in seria a every week. Lets forget the notion that there's idiots on both sides. This doesn't stack up with the recent history of the two sets of supporters. There was one of the most notorious and violent sets of supporters in Europe armed with weapons and a few Leicester lads acting in self defence and fair play to them for it.

I’d rep this 10 times if I could.

Think there needs to be a bit of a mindset change in here. Looks to me like the in-stadium antics were Leicester fans in defence. The DMU stuff looks a bit more pre meditated though.

On both fronts Napoli embarrassed themselves imo. Tooling up and getting put on their arses multiple times. A lot of them look like weedy little kids which is why they’re resorting to weapons.

Did anyone gain anything from all that yesterday? Not in my mind.

Your on a wind up yeah surely???

As others have correctly pointed there were loads of fu3ktards in L1 "Looking for it".

I saw loads "organising" things on their phones during the game and gesturing to the Napoli fans. Just hope some of these were at the end and got pelted and not innocent  city fans.

People know Napoli  have a reputation,  dont antagonize them further.

Enjoy the game, enjoy the banter with them, but no we try and be like little Danny Dyers and then when the big italians retaliate it's all " it wasnt my fault governor,  look what I've found on google!!!"

Football hooliganism is always a good excuse to bash the English by the majority of those in the establishment who like bashing the English on historical problems.

There are many European countries with a far worse hooligan problem, and generally incompetent Policing over there too. UK Policing at football is generally spot on.

Yes there are some minority of Leicester idiots, but most weekends our games pass off without trouble, we got to the Champions League semi without any major trouble, suggests the issue is not us. If some Ultra gimp in a mask is cobbing bottles at you and your kids you are entitled to get a bit pissed IMO.

Righto.

You're dead right about Napoli fans....they are notoriously violent supporters and i was anticipating some kind of trouble from them the moment i saw the draw.  I was actually quite relieved the Covid travel ban would restrict them from brining over their usual thousands of Ultras who travel as that could have been a nightmare.

However, as bad as Napoli fans are.....let's not forget LCFC fans did have quite a bit of trouble in Spain a few years back......not all our fans are always perfect.

Lol talk about gaslighting like saying to battered wife you know what he's like you shouldn't have antagonised him.

Napoli rightly have a reputation for violence, trouble and weapons and last night they once again proved its more than deserved this isn't a Leicester problem no one is going to get hit with a belt at Brighton away on saturday.
