It was because of Amartey apparently fouling a Legia player, not Perez being offside.

Its not a stretch at all. He created their attack from which the goal came from. I'm not saying it was all his fault or even mostly his fault. Amartey is to blame mostly but he wouldn't be in that position if it weren't for that kick.

The referee was not as intimidated by the family stand as Napoli were.
