Well today I've learnt at least two things. One, Spanish sausage meat is more like cooked, smoked sausage, so our stuffing tomorrow is going to be interesting. 

 

Secondly, despite saying he doesn't like cabbage, my husband is now asking if we can have some of the infamous red cabbage, now it's been braised, with our dinner tonight. @tom27111, you should be proud lol

Yep, I'm going to add the walnuts after I've reheated it tomorrow just before I serve it, hopefully that's OK? 

 

More importantly, did you get some port?

I just stir in the walnuts as I'm serving it.
