With patson out for a few weeks and kel off to the AFCON after the weekend, can’t afford for vards to aggravate a strain and be out for a month

How is AFCON even being allowed to happen? Bad enough it is held mid season but during a pandemic when teams across the world are on their arse. Madness.

In some ways I'm glad we're playing Liverpool and Man C in our current crisis period, as they likely will be games we wouldn't have got anything from at full strength!

Fully agree with this. Ridiculous imo, should be delayed by a year in the same way that Euro 2020 was.

 

With the World Cup being next winter, the PL have very little room for finishing the season after the initial date too. Domestic football has to take priority here.
