I see this like the Man City game on Boxing Day, get the pain out the way and done with. Our fixture run in is kinder this year, I’d rather not have to play this again later in the year.

Chances are we are going to lose this, let's be honest. 

If BR sets us up to go all out at them with the players we have available, I won't have any complaints and we take it on the chin. Look what we managed against Man City when we just played freely.

 

If however he sets us up in his usual pass out from goalkkcks, pass it around our own half and pass it back to Kasper routine, I'll be fuming if we lose. 

 

This is not the game, nor is it the right lineup for us to be messing around. If he does persist with it, I think it will say an awful lot about managerial inability.

I dont really care much about this game give all the remaining 1st team Squad players we have a rest and send the team out who is selected to do nothing but injure and hurt Liverpool.

 

It's a absolute joke they get away with everything and I would be happy seeing half of their squad limp off the pitch.

Our forward play has been good for a few weeks now. Just have to continue with that and see where it gets us. Maybe Kasper will have a day where he saves everything. 

 

Not seen any news on this but I'd anyone who didn't play on Sunday likely go reappear for this? 

 

Assuming Ndidi and Castagne are fit enough will come in. Would rather have Ndidi and Amartey at centre back.

We just need to show a bit of fight. If we completely collapse like we did in the first half hour against man City than there are no excuses regardless who is picked. We have to do the basics right tonight.

I think a lot of it is tongue in cheek but i also think there's the general feeling that he would put in some strong tackles which might get the crowd and other players going.

 

That said, it's a very dangerous game. I think he's an extremely clumsy player and the way Liverpool are as a team, rolling around & complaining to the referee, i could see him booked very early on. Soon as he's booked, every thing he does is a risk and i am not sure he has the sense to not do a second silly challenge and be sent off.

 

I can see the advantages of him, but would rather him not start.
