Wheels are in motion to get this called off. No way it gets played.

Just from their side? If we've lost Vardy but got Barnes back then squad numbers should be the same.

Just get it played with who ever we have available. Will need up playing a game every 2 days for the rest of the season if we keep having to re arrange games then every one will be getting injured again anyway

Norwich had 8 subs including 2 keepers against palace. So need to loose 4 more players to have grounds to call it off.

This is a really bizarre mindset. It’s a pity the competition we’re in is better than you thought?

The competition isn't better than I thought. It's Mickey Mouse. It just happens to have a half decent end goal. I wouldn't cross the road to watch a game in it.

It would really say something if some players boycotted the world cup. They won't but it's ridiculously inappropriate to have them host it, in a covid year, during the flipping winter.

I am still not convinced it will go ahead.

The i$ one rea$on why it will go ahead and one rea$on only.

They might as well play with what they have no doubt get relegated anyway 🙈

Yes indeed . Play the U23s or U17s or even the under 9s. If they have a player above 5'6" he may well score from a corner!

Schmeichel

Castagne - Ndidi - Amartey - Thomas

Soumare

Tielemans - KDH

Maddison

Iheanacho - Lookman*

I'd guess the only sticking point is who supports Iheanacho up top? Barnes has played there before and should be fairly refreshed? Lookman is in good form and has been impactful in recent games.

Also need to bear in mind the squad for future games given how thin it's looking. I'm guessing we'll see Albrighton at RB and Castagne/Vestergaard at CB for the Watford cup game, on the basis they don't get injured too!

Kasper

Castagne Amartey Vestergaard Thomas

Tielemans Ndidi

Perez Maddison Lookman

Iheanacho

Should be more than enough to beat Norwich.

We aren’t above it.

Let’s see some of the youth players from the fantastic academies that these clubs keep talking about.

Premier league added a vague term to prevent that

“Where a club cannot field 13 outfield players and a goalkeeper either from its squad list or its appropriately experienced Under-21 players, the match will be postponed.”
