This was a point I made earlier in pre season, it's alright having 6 or 7 very talented young home grown players around.... until they get poison in their ears from the 'pros' and watch them acting like clowns and not caring..... learned behaviour.

 

We need to get the bad eggs out before they corrupt the future.

A lot of this is being completely blown out of all proportion and players will always have a moan especially if not being automatic first choice, had to take pay cuts or just their agents are in their ear telling them about interest from other clubs - when you add the pathetic performances last year and hopeless managers we had it has led to a complete disconnect between us and the players - we know they don’t give a hoot but what is quite unusual is that the vast majority of fans have had enough of the same idiots not giving a damn.

The window closing will settle this down but I think refreshingly this manager has recognised which players he wants and which he doesn’t - personally more hopeful that a few more will leave but whether we have time and have identified the right targets I am more nervous about !!

 

A few interesting days ahead of us !!

Did they say why? Don't like the manager? Just grumpy bums? Don't want to play in the championship?
