Let be honest he was alway going to choose Chelsea over us, even if we went all in

Plenty of players opt to give up the prestige of being a fringe player at a big club to go in as a more important player at the next crop of clubs. We pay very well as well, he'll not be earning more at Chelsea than we'd have paid him. You only need to see what we throw about to players to see that. I read he's on less than 50k a week at Chelsea.

He has also started 2 out of the last 3 games for them. Can’t see this happening.

I don't think it was ever a case of him not being good enough. 

 

We played a specific style at the time and he didn't fit into that.

Kramaric for definite but there was also strong reports that Daka could have gone to Chelsea or Liverpool but chose us.

 

As I've said, there's plenty that will go for prestige first and foremost but then there's also plenty that go for footballing reasons at a certain age and we've been the beneficiaries of that in recent years as we've grown as the go to club for young talent.

Anyone know who Nixon is writing about here without giving him the satisfaction of paying for his Patreon? Or is it just him recycling his Sangare story for The Sun for a few extra pennies.

The problem role is probably referring to our RWer issue you’d think? 
 

also I don’t think he’s been right about us for a while so wouldn’t look too far into it

Pretty sure it’s Sangare as it describes in the Sun article that his height will help at both ends of the pitch at setpeices, which he states is our problem area.
