  We seem  to be going over what has previously been endlessly discussed. My take on the mentality of the team is KDH has a discernable impact for good.

To be honest mate, I have no idea what you’re trying to say. How you’ve taken my initial comment as a dig at KDH has me just as confused. 
 

We have a mentality issue which even I’ve tried to deny in the past. The reality is we’ve too many collapses to ignore. I think that will have an impact on our next few games as I think a result like that can impact even on a team dripping of mental strength. I don’t think this is a team which reacts as well to that pressure. Not specific players or formation etc. In addition, questioning the mentality of the collective doesn’t mean there is an issue with each individual player. In fact, if we are reliant on a 23 year old with a handful of PL games to improve that mentality we have a problem, no ? 
 

So yeah, confused what you’re trying to prove or why you feel a defence of KDH is needed. However, if it makes you go away, happy to agree with whatever you are going on about.

Wonder if he'll start Justin yet? I think Barnes performance will likely see him start which means the diamond is out unless Lookman is dropped which would be harsh. 

 

Brighton are one of the few teams it's not really necessary to play a midfield destroyer so I think KDH and Youri will play the midfield pivot.

Hard to make a call on this. How will we line-up, personnel, formation etc.

 

My only worry is, like most people's, the CB's. Either of Soyancu or Vestergaard starts (highly unlikely to be Vestergaard) and errors are made, then I can see some sections of the crowd getting the knives out verbally and it could turn ugly, fast.

He has showed at times quality….he is young, step up in pace , new country , crap defence has not helped him acclimatise…..a preseason and experience this season will see a different player  next year…..some fans are muppets!

If these play like they did against Chelsea we’re in for a tough afternoon. Especially if they actually take half the chances they create. That said I think we could just edge them. Think we win this 2-1 but gonna be a tough game.

Too early to be branded as a failure for us, as he is a quality player for his previous club. Not sure what Rodgers needs from him is what his game is about so no doubt in two minds what is he doing here.

  We notice what Rodgers has tried to transition Ndidi to, and is practically ruining his game.

This is a weird time.  We have under-performed.  We have some wonderful players.  All season, I have been waiting for us to go on run but our defence has been a collander.

He just needs time to acclimatise settle in and show more consistency. He has already shown in some games that he has the talent to boss the game. Give him time.
