Yep. Attitude is apparently the issue there. Threw a tantrum at not being sold, surprised he’s been given another chance by Nige but seems to be taking it! Might just be the perfect manager for him to ground him a bit

Same. Despite the yellow he's put himself about quite well.

Bristol City have looked good going forward and comfortable at the back. Nice to see them put the game management problems aside given they couldn't hold a lead...

Something is definitely clicking. Quite excited for this season for Bristol City, as it seems that Nigel's ideas are starting to get through to the players.

Some exciting young players who are getting plenty of game time and with limited funds he has bought some good players.

Loving Kai Naismith in particularly.  He's pure entertainment. Ball playing CB who also takes all the set pieces.  Gonna drop some absolute clangers but god the ride will be a blast.

Still reckon Sarr will go but always hopeful he stays .

Interesting one isn't it. I wondered whether it was because Stevie G is on his way out? Also sometimes points to another club coming in late with a bigger offer.

I see the Mackems are having their annual shit show day early this year lol

Strange move given the trajectory of both clubs. Wonder if Sunderland will be getting compensation for him from Stoke.

Also, he's a decent manager but reckon most would keep Sunderland relatively safe this season or even mid table.

No Sunderland have ****ed it, he's on a rolling contract, they just have to pray he is using this as a bargaining tool for a 3 year deal!
