Sign him. Get Chelsea to pay half his wages until his contract with them ends.

It's not like Chelsea have a history of letting talent go without them getting a chance.

He has a lot of raw talent and a lot to prove.

If the price was right I would definitely take him

Why would they do that unless it’s included in the fee ?  (Which would be better for us re ffp )

This is another Player Brendan thinks he can save from oblivion. He hasn't done too well with the other recruits he brought in with the same idea in mind.

He's young and talented but the bright lights of London is clouding his judgement. I think I'd prefer if we went out and found another raw kid with the hunger to succeed.

They might be playing the long game to get Foffana.

Give us CHO for the season hoping he will do well for us then next season use him as part of the deal to get Foffana.

Yeah I see this. We tell them it’s too late to sell wes now but we will give you first refusal next season if the money is right.

They are about to spend huge money on Fofana, not happening.

If it’s a loan with a potential fee of around 20-25m then I’m all for it. Anything permanent over 15m and it’s just too much of a gamble

Chelsea fans saying he’s not the same player after his achilles injury. Struggles to take players on and lacks confidence.

Also since 19/20 he has only managed 2 more goal contributions than Albrighton.

Loads of ways a deal could be struck I'm sure.

He obviously has talent and is young enough to prove he is good enough.

just a loan would be ok.

Even then, Chelsea may not entertain it unless they get Fofana

I don't think they'd mind some kind of bundle, but I doubt they would create a hostage situation. They need to unload the player in any event.

Seeing a Dr say that he will never fully recover from one of his injuries and the neurological problem last year where he couldn't kick a ball further than 10 yards. Rodgers has spoken in the past about working with broken footballers but I didn't think he meant it literally.

You rarely are. It’s a pretty nasty injury. Since mine I’ve a notable loss of strength in the leg I injured. Normal day to day and casual running is fine. Sprinting and explosive movements are not so easy. I think it’s one of those injuries too that isn’t stronger once it’s healed.

.. it looks that way to me.. !!!

He seems hesitant to take on his fullback and seems to choose playing back or lateral pass inside. You would expect someone in a wide position to look to go forward at every opportunity or at least himself  begin the team's forward progress.

Did forget about his injuries tbh, I’d probably stay clear….

….. which probably means a #welcomeCHO post will be coming in the next few hours

Spot on, we should be avoiding this guy at all costs.

I’d rather find a player who aspires to do more and then get someone like CHO whose going to come here demanding the earth and feel like he’s doing us a favour being here.

We don’t know that would be his attitude though.

Steinberg name dropping us when mentioning him. Pretty sure it’s what we already know with what Fab said but there’s defo something in it.

A loan or loan with an option to buy would be okay, but even in that article it mentions CHO wanting to play in his favourite position of LW… would we be making the same mistake as we kind of did with Lookman?

Should be all over this, there's no way we're finding a better short term alternative

.. if LW is his favourite position then we should be looking elsewhere!!!

No doubt Rodgers will see it as cover for Barnes as opposed to fixing a RW problem. I cannot see us bringing in a genuine RW, as Rodgers is just happy to block that side with workmanlike players.
