I don’t think Big Dan was too bad today.

At fault for both goals mate. Basics of defending, don't let the forward get the inside of you and why he dropped off da Silva so much I'll never know. Allowed him waaaayyy too much time.

Better head out of here instead of losing my sanity.

We have a good team somewhere, but they do not show it consistently. The habit of surrendering leads is also becoming very frustrating.

In what way is bringing on an extra striker negative? Bring on an extra defender is negative. It was a bad decision, I've said everytime but it was the opposite of negative.

It wasn’t negative. It was however, daft. We just conceded and we decided to make a change which opened us up ? We then left 4 subs on the bench hoping to get it right again ? Today was as bad as it has been tactically for 18 months. We lack discipline. We lack proper coaching. We lack tactical know-how.

It is when they are so unsuited to play together and other players are having mares (Ndidi, Amartey)

I think you need to define the word negative to me. I always thought negative meant defensive, playing an extra man up front is not defensive.

I can see what Rodgers was trying to do but it back fired and he has to take the blame for that.

Again Rodgers cost us the game, he should substitute himself when we are to going to make changes.

Best player off, pointless change, total lack of understanding of their changes.

We were lucky to draw in a game we had in total control of.

Ndidi was pathetic if anyone should have been taken off it was him, not billy 2 names who was as ever brilliant.

It is easy to blame the manager but these players simply don't know how to see games out. They are mentally weak and lack some fighting spirit.

This is 2 points dropped. I will be very surprised if, without new blood, we finish above 15th. Two key players already out injured. Same players making mistakes as last season. Manager making the wrong decisions again. Nothing has changed or is going to change.

The home game against Southampton is already looking like a vital match as we will get nothing against either Arsenal or Chelsea.

This lack of mental strength is the continuous worry for goodness knows how long. The manager surely has to address this.

..and we lack steel and motivation.

If they lack fighting spirit and are mentally weak, and perhaps exhausted to boot, then you make substitutions

I don't disagree but how many times have we done exactly the same last season? The players simply don't seem to know how to see out tight games.

I agree with that and have said so consistently.

I expect Rodgers had it written in his pad that he was going to make his one sub exactly when he did. He never responds to what's happening on the pitch.

Deffo possible, his decisions often feel like he's not reading the game.

If KDH needed to come off for reasons unknown to us, wtf put Daka on? Surely Praet was the obvious replacement to maintain combativeness in the midfield?

That would be the Denis Praet who agreed to stay on with us as Rodgers promised him game time

Same old rubbish. Weak mentality and bizarre substitution.

We were in total control without really doing very much and capitulated as soon as under pressure. Could be very messy at Arsenal next week

From my memory(which may be wrong) didn’t the player pick the ball up in the midfield area with not a player in sight? If we still had 3 in the middle he doesn’t have that time on the ball, so it drags out a centre half when not really needed.

Frank had Rodgers on toast tactically for the last 30 mins. Felt embarrassed watching it. What on earth was the thinking behind that sub? Lose total control of the midfield, most of whom were literally looking at each other asking what the system was. All the while, Ndidi stays on as their top passer, Justin looks broken and our subs don't even get a warm up!

As soon as Daka came on and he saw Brentford start dominating the midfield he should of rectified it by bringing a midfielder on for Vardy, but yet he decides to sit back and watch it unfold. No one will ever convince me Rodgers is a top manager. Wanna be Guardiola with 1/10th of the brain power.

Brendan post match Bingo, anyone?

I can barely be arsed, tbh. But...

Great group of lads

Young squad

Commitment

Controlled the game

Great energy

It wasn`t a tight game until Rodgers destroyed our midfield with his pointless swap, its like he was watching a different game

If he wants to change it up there right thing to do there was take vardy off no excuse

Think that was the move; Jamie was the obvious one to take off and keep the energy in midfield. Daka would have kept them further back a few yards and maybe that's the difference.

Felt like he wants to make a statement to the owners. Allowed 5 subs, only make 1 - "What choice do I have, the club didn't sign anyone"
