Great that he stays but also a pity we have to improve contracts rather than have funds to bring in new players

I’d rather he stayed til he was 100 than sign Mbappe and Neymard

You can always rely on JV.

I wonder what his new salary is with the well discussed need to reduce the wage bill?

With schmeichel leaving, a £20k payrise wouldn't do too much damage. It'll do more good behind the scenes.

Shocking that are folks who can’t just be happy about this news. Our best player ever shows the world that he wants to be here, and we all know he’s still going to score a boatload of goals between now and when that contract ends.

Bring your vodka and your charlie, we’re partying into 2024! Wonderful news.

Quite simply the greatest ever player Leicester have had. If he doesn't get a statue it would be a travesty.

A rare moment of good news, although his form this season so far worries me greatly. Still, the best player in our history stays for another year. That has to be a positive.

Great news, how about a goal or two today to celebrate Jamie?

Seriously a genuine club legend and it's great that he'll spend the rest of his career at Leicester City.
