We owe 20% of the profits to St Ettiene then we would owe Rodgers £30m. That's is practically that money gone. 

 

Then adding to that, who takes the job? Who could we get that is good enough to turn us around and meet or expectations?

This is exactly the predicament we're in. Unless a credible manager comes in, and wants to come in, it is pointless in sacking him. The club is in a catch 22 scenario and no where to go.

This fan doesn't want the same.  I want football with a bit of direction that at least offers one iota of entertainment.

BR needs to address the lack of positivity and pressing from the front.

 

We won't win the league this year, but we have a good side when we play positively.

So what if we did get hardly anything from selling Fofana?

 

Rodgers is taking us in one direction.

We should act now while there is plenty of season left.

 

There is no good reason to keep Rodgers here.

I’ve already come to peace with relegation, anything else is a successful season now. 
The only thing that gets me excited is Rodgers getting sacked, never wanted him from day one but held my hands up after the first 6 months. Since then, other than a miraculous FA cup win, each week, I’m bored to tears. Whether we win or not, it’s the same crap, week in, week out. So to be honest, I really don’t care who comes in, I just don’t want him or a Puel style coach

We dont pay him his wages in one go, he goes on gardening leave and gets them as if he were still employed.  If he finds another job, then we stop paying him.

 

30m barely gets you one proven player now days, I would say a manager change is worth far more then that.

It's an option (number 2). I wonder if the board would trust Brendan with more signings though.
