My support is lost for Brendan, nothing now will bring it back.

But my support for the club will be there. The team needs our backing to get out of this mess, so that’s what I’ll be doing. Will I be there at the KP supporting to get that win. I don’t want my club relegated, not even debatable. I’ve seen the relegations it’s horrible, it would set the club back years and cause and even bigger problems long term. Anyone who wants is relegated is not a Leicester fan. Do I think it could happen…yes, it’s a high possibility.

So if he keeps us up, then I’ll be delighted but that won’t mean my opinion as him as a manager would have changed. We need a change, and the manager is the only way it’s possible

Win 15 games in a row and he can but it’s not very likely really.

can he win the players back Is a more important question..

Buy then pizza for keeping a clean sheet?

I just want to see the team do well.  We are going through a tough patch right now and Brendan is clearly feeling the strain.  I'm not sure he can turn this around and at this point in time he should go.

If he stays and changes his attitude, gets the confidence back in the players and the performancea and the results improve, then sure, I'll get the behind the manager.

I just don't see how he turns it around from here and I'll remain #RodgersOut until the above happens or he leaves.

The problem is whilst winning games of football will undoubtedly restore a semblance of support, the issues go a long way beyond that. His comments, excuses and the way he has thrown literally everyone except himself under the bus, via the media makes his position untenable and non-recoverable.

The club, supporters and playing squad need a refresh, it has gone so stale and negative. That fresh impetus will  come with the energy, enthusiasm and new ideas of a new manager.

It's almost impossible for a long winning run now. I don't think we have played like that for 2 years. Things have moved on. Why this ever happened in first place is getting harder to work out.

He could make major improvements though so we gradually climb the table, if he completely changed his system, outlook, tactics etc. That seems unlikely. He'd 1) need to actually decide he wants to stay here and 2) be able to reset overnight . Really isn't going to happen in relentless time we live in and mule like stubbornness of the man. Remember we are playing equally desperate teams ( for the right reasons) this isn't football manager.

Once broken, the rebuilding of confidence is a delicate process involving constant dialogue, no slip-ups on the return journey and the intellect and adaptability to accept ones mistakes and devise a fresh modus operandi. Does anyone really see him repairing the damage he's done now he's got us to the foot of the table? City will be constantly at the mercy of his ego. More importantly, howyever much he might try, he will be too. Best he buzz off and find a new club to inflict his incompetence on.

Changes to poor wording.

The lack of leadership in bad times is frustrating and ultimately why I don't think Leicester fans will ever see him in the same light. You just know when times get tough again, he'll weasel out and make excuses.

To throw the board, players and staff under the bus now is weak

He had the opportunity to unite everyone at the club in recent weeks but instead he chose to publicly criticise the owners, fans and players.

Showed his true colours so for me there’s no fixing that.

No. He’s shown such levels of disrespect for the club and it’s fans that I’ll never be back into the Rodgers in camp, even if we start to win games.

When the going got tough he abandoned his morals, and has shown his true colours.

Don’t know how true it was but he had bust up with some of the players at HT last week at Brighton.

He has lost the plot, the players don’t know there roles anymore and the longer he is in charge the worst it’s going to get

Modern football management at a club is a short existence, he’s ran out of ideas, our good players are going backwards.

No way can he stop the rot

You care to elaborate?  Maybe include a source?

Or are we now at the stage of throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks?

I am firmly in the Rodgers out camp and have been since Forest away last season, you’ve all probably seen my rants about Rodgers but I genuinely think he’s taking us back.

However, as per topic title, can Rodgers win you back over? Or is it too far gone? And if there’s a chance he could, what’s it going to take? (be realistic).

Good q, and yes, he can. He's a good manager and has brought us considerable success.

All he has to do is drop the ego and put the club first. It's cheaper than sacking him and a better option than 99% of alternative managers. The question is, is he capable of it?
