Back to a 0 goal difference as well, everyone else from Fulham in 9th and below has a negative one

 

Guaranteed to be at least 13th at Christmas depending on the Villa vs Brighton result tomorrow

 

What a turn around from the lads and Rodgers, after the first 7 games I expected us to be bottom or at least in the relegation zone at Christmas 

 

Great pass from Soumare to Barnes for the 1st, and a brilliant one from Perez to Barnes for the 2nd

Not the best City performance but a scrappy 0-2 I’ll take any day, 2 quality build ups for 2 quality goals from Madders & Barnes a clean sheet and a victory before the WC break can’t be bad !! 
 

I for one didn’t think Brendan would turn things around but FairPlay the bugger did and I take it all back Brendan Snout to Brendan Sin !!

Maddison scores. Hopefully fit enough for the World Cup. Must admit, my heart sank so much when I heard he'd gone off injured.

Perez' assist for the Barnes goal was ridiculous.

 

With the form we were in approaching October/November games, I did not see how we'd turn it around. Fair play to Rodgers and all the coaches and the players to turn it around in such style and efficiency.

 

Two points off top half now and we can begin to look up the table instead of over our shoulders. Four points off relegation zone.

 

Hopefully no-one gets badly injured at the World Cup!

Great win, we could have really felt sorry for ourselves having Maddison come off and missing a penalty but it is an excellent away win at a ground we've struggled at in the last few seasons.

 

We're looking good and can surely forget about relegation.
