Great session to watch. When Lando put that P1 and Max was yellow in sector 2 I thought he had a chance at pole!

 

Awesome to see Mclaren back up there though. Hopefully Lando can get off to a good start as I often find he struggles when qualifying that high up (I might be wrong there)

Perez needs the mid-season break to reset, on a woeful run of form. 

With all the other drivers taking points off of each other , Verstappen will get the title with 5-6 races to spare.

The Red Bull is so far ahead of any other car that I still expect that Perez will make the podium.

Perez has been poor recently but it was bad luck with that late double yellow that stopped him from going through. He had another quick lap he was about to set as he was the last car over the line. 

 

I mean, he shouldn't have been in that position in the first place but still.

The most frustrating thing for him and Red Bull will be when Perez comes through and gets 3rd/4th again.

They will be thinking if only ..

Had an awesome day yesterday - helicopter flight into Silverstone and paddock club and garage access courtesy of Alpha Tauri.  Unbelievable being that close to the action. One to remember for a long time.
