It's may be a win win situation for Leicester. I mean, has anybody seen anything from him to suggest that’s likely to happen? 4

Because if they are, we may have been able to negotiate a better deal as it's so late on* *it's a worse deal for us, isn't it? yes is the straight answer.

That's not a bad result at all given how many players wanted/needed to leave the club. Like how Danny Ward is so bad he’s not even considered a player anymore 1
Scotch Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 So, see with an option to buy? The fee has been agreed but do we get to back out? So if Daka rips up the prem, we get promoted, Nacho leaves for free, we get to just say nah to their option and keep him?
Guest Bilo Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 This has genuinely been a good window for us. The only player we've lost who would have stayed, and we'd have wanted to keep, had we avoided relegation so far is Harvey Barnes. Exciting times.

Legend_in_blue Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 This is great news. He'll do nothing at Bournemouth while Nacho stays put. And no Chris Wood in sight. Great stuff. 4

I.e. a legal right for Bournemouth to buy in the future at a price decided today. In that case we cannot renege

ajthefox Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 Mad that were now loaning out 2 players to the league above. How many teams have ever done that I wonder? 1

AjcW Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 Alex Scott setting up Patson Daka… what could of been ey @Finnegan 2 3

Jimmy Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 can we please shift at least 2 of Ward, Iversen and Smithies now it looks like Daka is a done deal
MPH Posted 1 September 2023 Posted 1 September 2023 We can all talk about the right player wrong system too light or never given a chance... The reality is that the new manager wasn't playing him and it is the right time for him to go. Get some wages off the wage bill and he will either get sold or come back with some prem game time experience. its a win win surely. 1
