Suffocating their midfield is key. They are missing a couple so we have a chance. Play like we did against spurs and we will best them.

We had Maddison against Spurs, doubt we will have him today.

This is our excuse.. but we've got other creative players. Let's see if the boss knows best.

I'll get grief as usual for being over sensitive  and woke and to grow a pair, but I hope some of our fans don't resort to telling Saka he let his country down 2 years ago.

Anyway, COYC.

Nah, you’re right. Saka was excellent in both the European Championship and the World Cup, I also think that he’s a brilliant person.

Now, I wouldn’t sit there and clap him all game, but certainly not boo him. Let’s not be small time.

Unfortunate fixture list, with Manu, & Arsenal straight after each other…dampens

down that adrenhelin factor. But I still believe Rodgers will have us fighting our way from relegation fears,no matter what happens today…

But if Rodgers can win one of these awkward top 6 games, we have a lot of pourings of gravy…3pts would bolster & have us something to be proud of ((gamewise) this season…

Key on Maddison not just playing but being fit if he makes it.

Without him. Not a chance for me.

Wouldn’t hold your breath given Rashford got that treatment last week by the moron brigade having ripped our back line apart already and had a great World Cup!

We might need to be more direct against these. I was at the Arsenal v Man City game and Arsenal outplayed them when the passing was kept short. Man City went more direct in the second half and they struggled. They can get shaky when being pressed at the back. Is Maddison definitely out?
