If we sack Rodgers (yeah I know fat chance), you know we won't have a De Zerbi style plan in place and it will be a choice from whoever applies and the usual suspects.

Why have you only included 3 managers.

 

There is litterally 1000s to choose from

There are soooooo many managers out there that would do a better job you don’t even need to know a name. You could pluck some bloke from Bulgaria and they’d be better. Heck even the Birch would do a better job. We just need a new face

Of the managers I can think of who can do a job at this level, are available and I'd take as a 2 year replacement.

- AVB
- Favre
- Hassenhuttl (spent 60m in 4 seasons at Southampton, worked with his hands and legs tied together, record before saints isn't bad)

Apart from that I'm not sure given the variables of mangers being in work, or too good to join a relegation scrap.

The difficulty is we need someone whom can motivate us enough to get over the line and then be happy to pass on the next part of the summer. 
 

There’s a very select few who’d do that. Maybe Rafa Benitez at a stretch - who made Newcastle into a half functioning counter attacking team who wouldn’t be bullied

Temp until the end of the season.

 

Then test Boro or Burnley for Carrick or Kompany. Fresh ideas from people who played for top coaches.
