Behave. Faes, Vestergaard, Daka, BDCR, Winks, Soumare et al still here.

Swamp hasn't been drained. We've just sold all our of saleable assets.

Like I said, it's far from over. But it is a start.

There are plenty of sellable assets remaining – Fatawu, Monga, Mavididi, Skipp, Winks, Okoli, Stolarczyk.

But we're holding onto them. For good reason.

Around 80% of all those names are proving to be quite useful this season so far. There does become a point of having to make do with what we’ve got. We can’t just sell all the high-earning players in one window. It’s a transition and takes a little time. If we do see James and Ramsey holding blue shirts EOP today then I say it’s been a pretty successful window, all in all.

Are you seriously expecting people to applaud someone for "draining the swamp" that they themselves created and which had become a millstone around our necks...???

And some of the swamp is still full of the s**t that no-one else wants (Soumare, Faes, Daka etc)

I must remember to contact the police every time i drive home without breaking the speed limit so they can applaud me.

Did you just tell on yourself?

Skipp who we’ll never get anywhere close to what we paid for him.

Or Winks who is on a huge wedge, who is likely to continue to sulk and walk on a free in 10 months 🤯

Absolutely laughable transfer window - loaned out our second best player, bought a striker who is on par with Daka - been linked with 101 decent players who could have improved us. Classic Rudkin. We may get top 6 without points deduction at best. What have we become

Beg to differ, I I thinks it's been fine got good money for outgoings in last year of their deals like ndidi, Coady and JJ. And got in what seems to be a very capable manager. Feels like with the business this summer and the players out of contract next summer we can finally get the FSP noose from around our necks and start to move forward as a club.

In all honesty, if we manage to sell some more of the culprits from last season, Rudkin will have redeemed himself to a certain degree, there's no denying that.

At least somebody is taking accountability.

Of course, some would've rather seen him walk away from the club (myself included).

Can't say I'm not pleasantly surprised how this transfer window has turned out so far.

Coady gone

Ward gone

Hermansen gone (for decent money)
Ndidi gone (for good money, before his contract expires)

El Khannouss gone (on a permanent next summer; for potentially very good money)

Justin gone (for decent money)

McAteer gone (for good money)

Coulibaly gone (probably for good)

Alves out on loan (for some experience)

Letting Iversen leave on a free was a bit of a bummer, though, same case for Praet and Iheanacho.

Ward leaving this summer was nowt to do with rudders - it was rudders who couldn’t shift him earlier for a fee

bek isn’t v good money - it’s ok and if he has a great season and World Cup then you’ll see pelters on here for Rudkin

McAteer was ridiculously good business....fair play to anyone getting that much money for him (have Ipswich got their own "Rudders" at the helm??)

Hermandsen, Ndidi, BEK and Justin were good signings originally that we've got a good return on in financial/performance terms

Alves on loan is good

The rest......nothing to shout about there as we paid too much for them in the first place and they weren't good value for money so getting rid of them is simply rectifying a WRONG thats already proved too costly for us

Not shifting Soumare, Daka, faes long before now and paying £20m for Skipp are major blotts on the ledger as far as im concerned

Fees for Justin and McAteer were good.  Selling Ndiddi when he could have gone for free is also good business.  Coady fee about right also. Moving on Woyo excellent.

Mads fee I can just about understand given how many keepers were available.

Bilal fee is a bit light but that is more in comparison to some of the incredible fees paid for attackers this transfer window.

Some of the loans out of the young players should improve them also.

It’s a pretty good window in terms out outgoings overall.

we were always going to lose one or two of our better players

Interestingly, the crap we have left are all in their final year. If we can manage to get promoted, we might be in for a Forest/Sunderland type window next summer.

Under new ownership?

This transfer window - whilst not perfect - did turn out to be far better than I expected and, for that reason alone, I refuse to believe that Jon Rudkin had anything at all to do with it.

Therefore there must be truth in the story circulating prior to the window opening that Martin Glover had been asked to take a greater involvement in the recruitment process.

Only possible explanation.

Very strong window from rudKING. Well played, back to the blueprint please. Jordan James is especially good business if indeed we have a 5m agreement written in stone as an option.

Bit early to say it's a strong window from him, on paper looks ok but could've done better.

Time will tell
